Shreya: Waxing Glory


In 2002, when she entered Bollywood after winning a TV contest, singer Shreya Ghoshal never had thought in her wildest dreams that she would share the space with Lady Gaga, Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar. But she will. At the first ever Indian outlet of Madame Tussauds museum, which is to open in New Delhi in June. The museum will exhibit over 50 figures from diverse leagues such as history, sport, music, films and TV. Madame Tussauds has chosen Shreya as one of the most loved singers of today’s generation. “I am thrilled to be a part of history here at Madame Tussauds, and it is an honour to be featured among such talented stars, artists, historians and other celebrities,” Shreya gushes!
